Job Summary Manage and supervise the constructing, planning, lay‐out, installation, assembly of components in accordance with plans, specifications, codes and industry standards. Plan and coordinate the efforts of the foremen and crewmen under his/her supervision and motivate them to accomplish the work safely, correctly and efficiently. Supervise other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. Key Responsibilities Be able to perform all of the principal duties and accountabilities of craft workers under his/her supervision. Monitors, verifies and reports on construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule; tracks and reports on completion of project schedule activities and commodity installation.
