Trade Team   is currently hiring for   Structural Welders with Pulse Arc and without Pulse Arc experience   for a long-term project at a local shipyard located in Newport News, Virginia. Summary: All welders are and will be required to pass all positions Multi-pass Butt, Weld, Welder qualifications tests prior to reporting for the first day. Welding Qualification Information: Multi-pass. Journeyman Pipefitters are assigned to rip out, repair, target, layout, fabricate, install and test marine piping systems onboard ships in various stages of repair and modernization. Repair and replacement of ships' piping systems such as Auxiliary Salt Water, Fire Main, Potable Water, Hydraulic, Compressed Air, Fuel Oil, Lube Oil, Engine Exhaust etc. are accomplished utilizing work item specifications, NAVSEA/Military standards and marine blueprints.
