Electrician Journeyman-Orange, Texas

Currently hiring Electrician Journeyman for our ongoing CP Chem project in Orange Texas. Must have 48+ hands on verifiable work experience. This is a DISA project where background, hair follicle and UA are required. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The roles and responsibilities of an Industrial Electrician may include but are not limited to the following items:
• Effective use of verbal and written communication – good people skills.
• Work safely always and promote safety to others around you.
• Possesses a strong working knowledge of and experience working with electrical systems in an industrial construction setting.
• Perform quality work as determined by the project specifications.
A basic understanding of electrical theory and circuits including the operation and function of typical electrical devices and machinery such as solenoids, relays, motors, transformers, switches, generators, and lighting systems.
• A thorough knowledge of and proper use and installation of standard wire, cable, conduit, fittings, cable trays, and hardware commonly found in industrial plants
• Receives and follows the instructions of the electrical Foreman.
