Job Description/Duties:

• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks and general facilities maintenance (i.e., mowing, trimming, edging, raking, and weeding).
• Maintain outdoor areas such as walkways, parking lots, lawns, gardens and fences.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Perform minor exterior repairs and assist with seasonal duties (i.e., snow removal, leaf collection, etc.).
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various types of weather conditions.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Prior experience in grounds or facilities maintenance preferred.
• 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Pass a nuclear background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED.
