Job Description/Duties:

• Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff ensuring protocols and operational procedures are met.
• Provide backup support across all warehouse functions.
• Ensure compliance, oversee inventory accuracy, manage KPIs, and maintain shelf-life programs.
• Investigate purchase orders (POs), purchase requisitions (PRs), MMNs, and data from logs/emails.
• Act as key liaison between client and warehouse team.
• Lead and participate in pre-job and safety briefings.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to prevent any recurring issues.
• Climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• Prior experience supervising in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• 18 years of age.
• Proficient in computer systems, SAP experience preferred.
• Familiarity in KPI racking, inventory investigations, and procurement processes.
• Pass a nuclear background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED.
