About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Welder/Millwright to join our team and bring precision, strength, and craftsmanship to our projects. In this role, you’ll work with a variety of metals, using your technical expertise to fabricate, assemble, and repair structures that are built to last.

Whether you’re working from blueprints or adapting on the fly, you’ll be a key part of producing high-quality work that meets strict safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure precision in cuts and assembly.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder or in a related trade.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (specify if one is primary).
• Ability to read and follow technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and equipment.
• Welding certification (preferred but not always required).
