Ludvik Electric Seeks Electrical Construction Project Manager

Ludvik is seeking a highly qualified Electrical Construction Project Manager to direct projects from start-up to close-out.  Critical hire in our Corporate office in Lakewood, Colorado.

Do you have the qualifications to succeed in this position?

• At least four years field experience and/or BS in construction management
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from $10 Million, preferably $15 Million or more

• Competitive Salary from $80k to $115k+ depending on experience

What Does a Ludvik Project Manager Do? (not all-inclusive)

• Prepares subcontracts, Jobsite Labor Manual, Shop Drawings and Layout Drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.
• Prepares, maintains, and enforces Project Schedule
• Prepares and enforces Project Strategy Document
• Prepares and reviews submittals
• Distributes, maintains, and enforces current drawings, specifications, and product data.
