Heavy Equipment Operator- $40-$250 per diem- Casper, WY

Trillium Construction is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator near Casper, WY to support concrete crews on a heavy industrial project.

Key Responsibilities
Work includes handling and setting gang forms, supporting structural concrete and steel work, and assisting with tilt-up panel. 
•    Safely operate heavy equipment such as Traco Excavator (Link Belt), Loader (Hitachi), Skid Steer (New Holland)
•    Conduct daily equipment inspections (pre-and post-use) to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
•    Perform basic preventative maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
•    Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations at all times.
•    Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
•    Assist with general site preparation, cleanup, and other duties as needed to support project operations.

Pay: Up to $45
Per Diem: $250 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week
