Mechanic

Location: El Dorado, AR – Fab Shop Pay Rate: Up to $24/ Hour Hours: 50-60 Hours/ Week Systems is looking for an experienced Mechanic that is ready to hit the ground running in El Dorado, AR! This position is long-term. We are a family-owned company with over 50 years experience of in designing, building, and maintaining steel mills. Mechanic Job Responsibilities: • Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues • Provide routine inspections of vehicles • Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested • Keep an accurate log of all work performed • Maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure they are kept in a safe and usable condition at all times • Adhere to company work safety policies Benefits – Company subsidized health insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation, and opportunities for continuing education, such as NCCER certifications and our in-house Welding Training Program. Mechanic Qualifications / Skills: • Experience conducting routine services and equipment maintenance • Demonstrated experience inspecting equipment for faults and necessary repairs • Practical knowledge of equipment diagnostic equipment • Excellent customer service skills • Sound problem-solving skills Experience and Requirements: • Mechanic experience in an industrial setting is preferred • OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided) • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen So, do you think you have what it takes to join The Systems Family?
