Location: El Dorado, AR

Pay Rate: Up to $24/Hour + $100 Per Diem

Hours: 50-60Hours/Week

Systems is looking for a rodbuster that is ready to hit the ground running in El Dorado, AR! This position is short-term and expected to be approximately 2-3 months with a potential for longer.

Rodbuster Responsibilities:

• Place blocks under rebar to hold the bars off the deck when reinforcing floors
• Use machines, equipment, tools, and blowtorches to shape steel rods for use in concrete projects
• Reinforcing steel (rebar) is used to strengthen the concrete that forms highways, buildings, bridges, and other structures
• Utilize arms and hands in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

Rodbuster Job Skills:

• Communicating with Supervisors
• Physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous rodbuster experience in an industrial setting is preferred
• OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
