Job Description

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Site Safety teammate. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Site Safety Job Responsibilities:

  • On-site employee training
  • Incident/Accident investigation
  • New employee orientation
  • Shutdown hire-ins
  • Administering employee drug screens
  • Field safety observations and reporting
  • Site and personnel safety audits
  • Attending and participating in safety meetings
  • Properly correcting unsafe behavior
  • Risk identification and management
  • Quarterly fall protection and small tool inspections

Experience and Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Must travel around to all sites
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • General understanding of digital documentation
  • 2 years of field safety experience
