Hangers/Snubbers Needed in York, SC

Day & Zimmermann is hiring experienced Hangers/Snubbers at Catawba Nuclear Station in York, South Carolina for Spring Outage work starting in April.

Job Description/Duties:

• Inspect, test, install, remove, replace, and repair hydraulic and mechanical piping supports, restraints, and snubbers.
• Evaluate the operation and condition of snubbers.
• Interpret and understand design drawings, blueprints, procedures, and manufacturers’ literature.
• Use hangers, hand tools, pressure gauges, and calibrated torque wrenches.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience as Pipe Support or Snubber.
• Pass a nuclear background check.
• High School diploma or GED.
