Operational and Maintenance - Solar Tech's needed in Eastern Minnesota! - Direct Hire

Now hiring O&M Solar Technicians (operational and maintenance)

 Pay rate is $40 - 50/hour depending on experience

There is no per diem but we will pay for relocation if you are interested in relocating for this position.

Responsibilities
-Solar technicians will be performing both proactive and reactive maintenance, trouble shooting, coordination of third party contractors and warranty providers, testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in electrical engineering or electrical or control experience
• Proficient in reading and understanding low voltage, medium voltage plans, wiring and control diagrams, specifications and data sheets.
•  Familiar with central and string inverters, DAS, and communication systems.
• Capable of thermal imaging testing and analysis, insulation resistance testing and the completion of commissioning reports.
