Day & Zimmermann is hiring experienced Mechanic Helpers at North Anna Nuclear Power Plant in Mineral, Virginia for Fall Outage work.

Job Description/Duties:

• Assist with valves in and out of mechanic shop.
• Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Perform a variety of duties that have the potential to change often.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules.
• Safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

• 1 year experience in a residential, commercial, maintenance, or industrial setting.
• Valve / Mechanical Experience or completion of a valve class.
• High School Diploma or GED.
