Project Managers Needed - with Benefits! - Beaverton, MI

Project Managers needed to oversee multiple commercial projects in the Beaverton, MI area. You will be working with commercial building customers, subcontractors, and the Senior Project Manager on a regular basis. You will be managing projects from design phase all the way to completion to include ground up new commercial construction and remodels. You must have a strong understanding of budgetary aspects of commercial construction and be able to negotiate contracts and subcontracts. You must have experience with Microsoft Office, to include Microsoft Project, and Procore. You must have time management and communication skills as this is a self-paced position with multiple tasks. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, 401k with 3% match, bonus structure capping at 8%, and a company vehicle. You may be required to pass a pre employment drug test and background check upon arrival.

Payrate: $120,000/yearly salary
