Paving Superintendent & Foreman Needed - Arroyo Grande, CA

Superintendents and Foreman needed for multiple commercial concrete, asphalt, sitework, and horizontal projects near Arroyo Grande, CA. 

Superintendent duties: This position reports to Head of Operations. Your duties will include supervising foremen and their crews of operators and laborers on concrete and asphalt paving projects, visiting jobsites, quality control, leading safety meetings, completing daily reports, interacting with sales, estimation, executive team, and clients, keeping materials available, keeping projects under cost estimates. You must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to be insured for company truck. You may be required to pass a pre employment drug and background screening upon arrival. Benefits will include company truck, gas card, expense card, iPad, iPhone, laptop, medical, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, vacation, sick time, holidays, 401k with 4% match, and profit sharing after one year.

Salary up to $130,000/year

Foreman duties: Crew Foremen are needed for multiple commercial concrete, asphalt, sitework, and horizontal projects. This position reports to Paving Superintendent and perfect candidate would be able to communicate in Spanish and English. Your duties will include leading a crew of operators and laborers on concrete and asphalt paving projects, completing daily reports, interacting with sales, estimation, executive team, and clients, notifying supervisor on material levels, keeping projects under cost estimates. You must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to be insured for company truck. You may be required to pass a pre employment drug and background screening upon arrival.
