Must be able to coordinate and supervise small project crews in an industrial environment. Plan out work ahead and ensure that all necessary resources are available to the crew as dictated by the project schedule. Should have good leadership skills with a safety-minded approach. Needs to be computer literate and have the ability to work in an organized manner. Previous work experience shall be mechanical-based and include: Process pipe installation, steel erection, mechanical equipment, welding/fabrication, crane/rigging.  

Supervise and help coordinate with various crews engaged on the project, work with craft superintendents to ensure the successful execution of planned activities. Enforce company safety and QAQC requirements.    8 Months Future Hiring Date: 10/31/2025 Supervise, plan, and direct warehouse efforts and coordinate proper packaging of materials and equipment. Must be computer literate and highly organized with the ability to lead a small warehouse crew. Must be familiar with various industrial equipment components such as pipe, fittings, equipment, steel, etc. Should have experience in material handling and operating the necessary equipment, such as forklifts.  

Supervise daily work tasks and ensure that proper QAQC requirements are being met per the company and project requirements. The site QAQC representative will also need to ensure that all of the appropriate documentation and records are generated and maintained. Must be familiar with various industrial equipment components such as pipe, fittings, equipment, steel etc.

Operate Grove 90T Crane. Must be willing to perform support functions when the crane work is slow. Other activities may include: forklift, excavator / dirt equipment, general clean up etc.  Project Location: Northern Nevada (Lovelock / Winnemucca)  Pay Rate: 37-40 DOE   Per Diem Rate: 110 Per diem days paid per week: 7 day if all hours worked   Work Hours per Week: 60 Duration: 5 Months +   Start Date: ASAP  

Key Responsibilities: •Lead safety initiatives across project sites, working directly with Project Managers and Superintendents •Implement and monitor comprehensive safety programs ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations •Conduct safety training, risk assessments, and regular site inspections •Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions •Review and approve subcontractor safety plans •Develop site-specific emergency response procedures •Take decisive action in situations posing immediate safety risks Required Qualifications: •5 years of industrial construction safety experience •Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1926/1910 and MSHA Part 48/56 regulations •Valid driver's license with clean record •Excellent communication and leadership skills •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision •Physical capability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds •Willingness to travel...
