Hardhat is hiring a Gas Turbine Field Project Manager for projects in Texas and the Midsouth regions.

Pay Rate: $120-$150K Annually

Required experience and attributes:

• 5+ years’ experience as Turbine Field Engineer / TFA (Technical Field Advisor) / TD (Technical Director) / Utility Turbine Maintenance Engineer
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Financial acumen for project cost control, forecasting, and margin management.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or project management software is a plus.
