CERTIFIED RIGGERS NEEDED!!! - RED OAK, TEXAS - $32/HR - $100 PERDIEM AVAILABLE!!!

Trillium Construction is seeking night and day shift Certified Riggers for a project in Red Oak, TX.

Riggers are needed to support the indoor installation of electrical equipment inside a data center. This role involves precision rigging and material handling using specialized moving systems to safely position and install critical infrastructure components.

All work is performed in controlled indoor facilities with strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.

Primary Responsibilities
•    Rig, move, and position electrical equipment, pallets, and modules inside the data center
•    Perform precision placement of equipment using:
o    Skates
o    Hydraulic jacks
o    Forklifts
o    Man-Genie lifts
o    Rotating telehandlers
•    Align, level, and set equipment to installation tolerances
•    Coordinate movements with team members and supervisors
•    Follow lift plans, move plans, and manufacturer requirements
•    Protect sensitive electrical equipment and finished surfaces

Material Handling & Facility Support
•    Stage, organize, and store modules for future installation
•    Load and unload materials for transport to and from work areas
•    Maintain clear and organized work zones inside the facility
•    Support logistics and material flow within the data center

Rigging Equipment Used
•    Nylon slings
•    Steel chokers
•    Shackles
•    Spreader bars
•    Skates and jacking systems
•    Specialized lifting and positioning devices

Additional Duties
•    Inspect rigging equipment before and after use
•    Identify and report damaged or non-compliant gear
•    Assist with module positioning for staging or storage
•    Support warehouse, yard, and indoor logistics operations
•    Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards

Pay rate is $32/hour. Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 60h / week.

Qualifications
•    NCCER Advanced Rigger Certification
•    NCCCO Level 2 Rigger Certification
•    360 Rotating Telehandler Certification
•    OSHA 10 Certifications
•    Proven experience with heavy picks (80,000+ lbs)
•    Experience with multi-point lifts and spreader bars
•    Ability to work outdoors and indoors
•    Strong understanding of lift plans and hand signals
•    Commitment to safety and teamwork
