Scaffolding/Insulation Supervisor

Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking an experienced Scaffolding & Insulation Supervisor to lead and coordinate crews on industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on scaffolding and insulation experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise scaffolding and insulation crews, ensuring safe and efficient work.

• Plan daily work assignments and coordinate with project management and other trades.

• Inspect scaffolds and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

• Manage crew schedules, equipment, and materials.

• Mentor and train team members to maintain high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Proven scaffolding and insulation experience in industrial construction.

• Prior supervisory or lead role preferred (Foreman, Lead Builder, Crew Lead).

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and scaffold regulations.

• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.

• Competent Person certification or similar safety credentials a plus.
