Commercial Roofing Laborers

Trillium is looking for Roofing Laborers with at least 1 yr of roofing experience. Paying up to $25/hr. and $115 per diem all 7 days. The work is in Harwood, ND and will last through mid June 2026. 

This position involves working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, performed outdoors, and offers substantial overtime.

Qualifications
• 1+ years of construction experience
• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements prior to starting work, including drug screening
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights (fall protection provided).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical labor, bend, twist, squat, and reach overhead.
