Trillium Construction is seeking Riggers for a project in Pheonix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys
- Determine the safest and most effective method for lifting and moving loads
- Attach rigging to loads using hand and power tools, following load charts and engineering specifications
- Signal or direct crane and equipment operators during lifts using standard hand signals or radio communication
- Ensure proper load balance and weight distribution
- Perform pre-lift checks and participate in lift planning meetings
- Monitor rigging operations for safety and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and rigging equipment
- Report damaged or defective rigging gear immediately
- Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards and protocols

Pay rate is $32/hour plus Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days. Schedule is Mon - Sat, 60h+ / week.

Qualifications
-Either NCCER (LVL 1 or 2) or NCCCO Rigging certification
- 4+ years of rigging experience
-Lift Certifications
-OSHA 10 certification
-Pre-employment screenings

-Preferred-
Telehandler certification
Forklift certification
