Traveling Concrete Superintendent, hiring ASAP!

Trillium Construction is hiring a Superintendent for our client, a contractor specializing in concrete construction and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). This role will oversee projects across Oregon, California, and Nevada.

Pay rate is $50-60/hour!

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in concrete construction and PEMB to oversee field operations across multiple projects. This role is responsible for leading site teams, ensuring safety, maintaining schedules, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations across multiple construction sites
-Lead and mentor Foremen and field personnel
-Coordinate all phases of concrete work including foundations, slabs, tilt-wall, and structural concrete
-Oversee erection and installation of PEMB systems, including structural steel, panels, and roofing systems
-Ensure projects are executed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations
-Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
-Collaborate with Project Managers on budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards
-Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
-Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and safety expectations
-Lead weekly progress meetings and provide updates to leadership and clients
-Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all job sites

Qualifications
-8+ years of construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Superintendent role
-Proven experience in concrete construction (foundations, slabs, tilt-up, structural)
-Hands-on experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) installation and coordination
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
-Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
-OSHA 30 certification preferred

Preferred Experience
-Experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing construction projects
-Background working with large-scale concrete pours and steel/PEMB erection
-Familiarity with design-build or fast-track project environments
