Vertical Foundation Drillers

Trillium Construction is now hiring experienced Foundation Drillers for long-term work, traveling to projects in the Southeast! This is a high-hour, travel-intensive opportunity ideal for drillers who are comfortable working with heavy equipment and large foundation crews. 

Job Duties

• Perform drilled shaft foundation (vertical drilling) operations
• Operate drill rigs including CZM, IMT, Bayshore, or similar equipment
• Use crane-mounted drilling attachments
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Safely handle materials weighing 80–100 lbs for extended periods
• Work safely around large excavators, dozers, cranes, and heavy machinery

Pay starts at $27/hr, depending on experience. All travel time paid, hotels provided with an additional $50/day all 7 days. 

Must be able to report to Prairieville, LA for new-hire training and at the start of each project. This position is heavy travel - typically gone 10-12 days at a time and home for 1-3 days. Average of 60-80/hrs 

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of drilling experience, specifically in drilled shaft foundation work
• Experience operating drill rigs such as CZM, IMT, Bayshore, or comparable
• Class A or B CDL, or Louisiana Class D Driver’s License
• Valid TWIC card
• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing
