Commercial Drywall Foreman/Superintendent

We are a fast growing Commercial Interiors Contracting group. We specialize in metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings and other specialty interior products and exterior specialty cladding.

We are looking for qualified Foreman, Assistant Foreman and lead mechanics in building commercial projects in Metal Framing, Drywall, Acoustical. Must have a minimum 2-5 years experience in the industry. Must have great attitude, motivation and a willingness to learn and work hard with attention to detail. Ability to personally perform these task is a plus.

Other duties to include but not limited to:

• Read, interpret and execute on full construction documents
• Effectively manage field manpower and coordinate properly
• Manage project schedule
• Effectively communicate with installers and clients
• Manage material deliveries and needs
• Manage safety risk on site
• Random drug testing and E-Verification
