Freedom Interiors Group is actively hiring experienced Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) Installers for large commercial and industrial projects, including high-profile data centers.

We are looking for dependable, skilled installers who take pride in clean, precise work and can operate at a high level on demanding job sites.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Install insulated metal wall and roof panel systems on commercial/industrial buildings. This is not general labor — we need individuals who understand layout, alignment, sealing, and production efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install insulated metal panels (IMPs) and exterior cladding systems
• Read and follow shop drawings and layout plans
• Ensure proper panel alignment, fastening, and weatherproof sealing
• Operate lifts, rigging equipment, and panel handling tools
• Work at heights safely and efficiently
• Maintain jobsite quality, cleanliness, and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with IMPs, metal panels, or similar exterior systems
• Ability to work at heights (lifts/scaffolding)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass background check and drug screening (project required)

PROJECT NOTE

This is a high-security jobsite. All workers must complete onboarding requirements including safety training, documentation, and badging before starting.
