Electrician Journeyman

Job Description

Interviewing Electrician Journeyman for new construction in North Dakota

*Possesses a strong working knowledge of and experience working with electrical systems in an industrial construction setting.

*Examine drawings and specifications for various work tasks and ensures current information is passed to other members of the crew.

*A basic understanding of electrical theory and circuits including the operation and function of typical electrical devices and machinery such as solenoids, relays, motors, transformers, switches, generators, and lighting systems.

*A thorough knowledge of and proper use and installation of standard wire, cable, conduit, fittings, cable trays, and hardware commonly found in industrial plants

*Coordinates work activities and installations with the craft Foreman to assure productivity and to eliminate conflicts in the field.

*Receives and follows the instructions of the Electrical Foreman.

*Underground work experience

*Experience working on duct banks, and grounding

* Experience in Exothermic welding skills (Cad welding)

* Must be able to work rotation schedule

  • Must have 48+ months of verifiable work experience as electrical journeyman
  • Must pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Must have OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

$38.00-$40.00
