Skilled Trades Recruiter

Atlantic Labor Solutions is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support our growing workforce operations across industrial, manufacturing, and marine sectors. This role is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing highly skilled trades professionals—including welders, pipefitters, electricians,  and labor crews—on projects nationwide.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience or familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments and understands the expectations of jobsite work. This background is critical, as it allows the recruiter to effectively evaluate candidate skill levels, communicate job requirements clearly, and build credibility with the workforce.

In this role, you will proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, trade schools, and direct outreach. You will conduct high-volume recruiting activity, including cold calling, screening, and submitting qualified candidates to open job orders. Success is measured by consistent activity, quality of submissions, and successful placements.

Strong communication, urgency, and relationship-building skills are essential. Recruiters must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ambiguity, managing multiple job orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
