Traveling Superintendent Needed! Annual salary up to $165k! Hiring ASAP

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent (Manufacturing / Industrial Facilities) for direct-hire! We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead manufacturing and industrial construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and facility upgrades in both active and greenfield/brownfield environments.

Annual salary is $125,000–$165,000 DOE + full benefits including flexible PTO (approx. 2 weeks vacation + 5 personal/sick days), year-end discretionary performance bonus and travel support provided (vehicle reimbursement or rental; RV/hotel-equivalent option available).


Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations on industrial/manufacturing projects
- Manage trades, schedules, and site execution
- Work in active facilities with minimal disruption
- Enforce GMP and strict safety standards
- Identify and resolve design/constructability issues early
- Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements
- 7+ years superintendent experience
- Industrial, manufacturing, coolers/freezers, or similar project experience
- Strong MEP knowledge
- OSHA/safety-focused leadership
- Ability to read plans and identify issues
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and Procore/Sage
- Willingness to travel
