Field Leader Responsibilities
Employee will use his/her experience in the field to lead a team of 3-15 people, must be OK to work in the field "on tools" when needed. Employee will be on-site working closely with crew, managing projects, communicating needs and upholding safety standards, maintaining budgets and building relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Desire and experience being on-site industrial electrical projects
- Must have some experience leading a crew
- Desire to be part of building a team and a culture
- Must have a state-issued journeyman electrician's license (or equivalent-masters)
Location/Travel: This position will require 100% travel to assigned worksites across the United States. Applicants must be permanently located in/around the office location or be willing to permanently relocate. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Per diem and mileage stipends applicable per company policy.
