Industrial Millwrights Needed ASAP!!! - $36/HR + $120/PERDIEM - Jefferson, OH

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Heavy Industrial Millwrights for a long-term project in Jefferson, Ohio.

Pay rate is $36.00/hour plus Per Diem: $120/day paid 7 days per week if all scheduled hours are worked.

Openings:
2 Night Shift Millwrights
-Schedule: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-Start Date: Sunday, June 21
-10-hour shifts, 6 days per week

2 Day Shift Millwrights
-Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-Start Date: Monday, June 22
-10-hour shifts, 6 days per week

Millwrights will be responsible for the disassembly, inspection, rebuilding, and reinstallation of components associated with a 60,000-ton forging press at a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Duties include mechanical teardown and assembly, rigging and moving large components, replacing bearings and wear parts, installing and aligning equipment, and working alongside maintenance and engineering teams during the rebuild process.

Candidates must have prior experience in heavy industrial environments such as steel mills, forging operations, power plants, paper mills, refineries, or large manufacturing facilities. The ability to read mechanical drawings, safely use hand and power tools, and work around large industrial equipment is required. Qualified applicants must be dependable, safety-oriented, and capable of working in physically demanding conditions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major industrial rebuild project with substantial overtime available. Candidates with shutdown, outage, steel mill, forging press, or heavy manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
-Previous heavy industrial millwright experience required
-Experience with large equipment teardown and rebuilds preferred
-Must have own tools
-Must wear required PPE at all times
-Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week
-Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
