TradeWise Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a growing commercial electrical contractor.

The ideal candidate has a strong background leading electrical crews, managing field operations, coordinating manpower, maintaining schedules, and delivering projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience
✔ 5+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Foreman
✔ Ability to read blueprints and specifications
✔ Experience managing multiple crews
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ OSHA 30 preferred
