TRIMBLE SYSTEM OPERATOR NEEDED!! - PETERSBURG, VA - $30/HR - $120 PERDIEM AVAILABLE!!

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Trimble System Operator for a commercial construction project in Petersburg, Virginia.

This is a long-term assignment for a skilled layout professional with hands-on experience using Trimble construction layout systems.

Job Details:

• Location: Petersburg, VA
• Duration: Approximately 4 months
• Schedule: 40–50 hours per week
• Pay: $30/hour
• Per Diem: $120/day for qualified travelers
• Start Date: July 13th
• Pre-employment screenings required

Responsibilities:

• Operate Trimble layout equipment to transfer digital construction plans into the field
• Perform layout for walls, embeds, anchor bolts, sleeves, and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and BIM models
• Verify layout accuracy and coordinate with field supervision
• Maintain high precision and consistency throughout all layout work
• Support overall project progress through accurate field measurements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating Trimble layout systems (RTS, Total Station, Field Link, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in field layout work
• Must pass all pre-employment screening requirements
