Industrial Paint Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial painting projects across the assigned region.
• Walk job sites to evaluate project scope, manpower requirements, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing the company professionally.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure projects are staffed and executed successfully.
• Assist with estimating and bidding upcoming work.
• Support scheduling, manpower planning, and project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to field personnel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Industrial Painting Superintendent or comparable leadership role.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize company software.
• Experience reviewing project scopes, estimating, and bidding work is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
