Apache Industrial is seeking experienced Painter Blasters to join our maintenance team in Proctor, West Virginia. This is a long-term opportunity for dependable, safety-focused individuals with industrial painting and abrasive blasting experience. Responsibilities include abrasive blasting, industrial coating applications, surface preparation, and related maintenance activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
· Perform abrasive blasting and industrial painting/coating applications.
· Prepare metal and concrete surfaces for coating.
· Operate blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
· Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
· Assist with site mobilization, demobilization, and general housekeeping.
· Follow all Apache Industrial and client safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Work independently and as part of a team.
· Wear all required PPE and comply with all safety requirements.
· Previous industrial painting and blasting experience is required.
· Reliable transportation is required.
· Ability to lift, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
· Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
· Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
