Commercial HVAC Field Superintendent

TradeWise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Field Superintendent for a mechanical construction client on a commercial project. This is a hands-on field leadership role for a superintendent who knows how to run a site, manage manpower, and deliver quality work on schedule.

Scope of Role

• Direct all field operations on commercial HVAC construction projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors to hold schedule and quality
• Develop and mentor journeymen and apprentices
• Maintain documentation and schedules in Bluebeam, Excel, and construction management software
• Enforce site safety and ensure all work meets or exceeds code
• Coordinate directly with the HVAC General Superintendent

Requirements

• 10+ years commercial HVAC construction experience
• 4+ years in a supervisory/superintendent role
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and construction management software
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents
• Strong leadership and a no-compromise standard for safety and workmanship
