Concrete Journeyman and Concrete Finisher

CCC Group is seeking experienced Concrete Journeymen and Concrete Finishers to support industrial construction projects. Qualified candidates should have experience with concrete placement, forming, finishing, and related construction activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Pay: $21.00–$35.00 per hour, based on position, experience, qualifications, and project requirements
Per Diem: Available to eligible employees in accordance with project requirements and company policy

Essential Responsibilities:

• Set, align, brace, and remove concrete forms.

• Place, spread, level, screed, and finish freshly poured concrete.

• Apply smooth, broom, or other specified finishes to concrete surfaces.

• Repair and patch concrete surfaces as required.

• Install reinforcing materials and embedded items when assigned.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, floats, trowels, screeds, and related equipment.

• Read measurements, drawings, and project specifications as required.

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements.

• Follow all company, client, and site-specific safety procedures.

• Perform additional duties based on operational and project needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial or commercial concrete experience is required.

• Knowledge of concrete forming, placement, finishing, and curing methods.

• Ability to safely use tools and equipment associated with concrete work.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in indoor and outdoor environments.

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, or varying shifts based on project requirements.

• Reliable transportation to the assigned project site may be required.

• Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment and project-specific requirements.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable onboarding requirements, which include drug screening, background check, employment authorization verification, safety training, and client-specific requirements.
