CCC Group is hiring experienced craft professionals for industrial construction work in Bartow, Florida. We are seeking safety-focused individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced project environment.

Open Craft Positions May Include:

• Concrete Journeymen and Concrete Finishers

• Carpenters and Form Carpenters

• Pipefitters

• Structural and Pipe Welders

• Millwrights

• Ironworkers

• Equipment Operators

• Riggers

• Industrial Electricians

• Helpers and General Laborers

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay based on position, experience, qualifications, and project requirements

• Per diem may be available to eligible employees in accordance with project requirements and company policy

• Overtime and varying schedules may be available based on project needs

General Qualifications:

• Previous industrial or commercial construction experience is preferred.

• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate for the position.

• Must follow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirements.

• Must be able to work outdoors and perform the physical duties associated with the position.

• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, nights, or varying shifts as required.

• Reliable transportation to the assigned project site may be required.

• Certain positions may require certifications, licenses, or successful completion of a craft assessment.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable onboarding requirements, which include drug screening, employment authorization verification, safety training, and client-specific requirements.
