Job Description

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee multiple electrical crews and foremen on a large-scale project in Memphis, TN!

The ideal candidate will have significant power distribution experience and a strong background managing multiple crews on complex electrical projects..

Schedule: 7 days per week, 12-hour shifts through Christmas

Crew Oversight: Approximately 15–20 personnel/foremen across 3–5 crews. 

Pay: $45/hr, $150/day per diem.

Responsibilities:
-Provide overall field supervision and direction for multiple electrical crews and foremen.
-Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and other project resources.
-Oversee project safety, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence.
-Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and other project partners.
-Manage timekeeping, payroll, project controls, and field documentation.
-Monitor project progress and communicate field conditions, schedule impacts, and resource requirements to project management.
-Oversee electrical layout, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
-Ensure proper installation of electrical and instrumentation wiring, devices, supports, equipment, and related systems.
-Provide technical support for instrumentation and control systems.
-Assist with design changes, system upgrades, and field engineering coordination as necessary.
-Ensure compliance with redline drawings, engineering documentation, specifications, and project requirements.
-Enforce company and project safety procedures and promote a zero-injury culture.
-Complete required project documentation and administrative duties.
-Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup activities as required.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman.
-Strong power distribution experience required.
-Experience overseeing multiple crews and foremen on large-scale electrical projects.
-Strong knowledge of electrical installation, instrumentation, controls, testing, and troubleshooting.
-Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, and P&IDs.
-Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and organizational skills.
-OSHA 30, or ability to obtain it
-Must be able to work 7 days per week, 12-hour shifts through Christmas.
-Candidates must meet all project/client screening requirements.
