Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead electrical crews in the field.
The ideal candidate will have strong power distribution experience, hands-on electrical expertise, and the ability to effectively lead a field crew.
Schedule: 7 days per week, 12-hour shifts through Christmas
Crew Oversight: Approximately 15–20 personnel.
Pay: $38/hr - $40/hr, $150/day per diem.
Responsibilities:
-Direct and supervise assigned electrical crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
-Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
-Perform and oversee electrical layout, installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
-Install electrical and instrument wiring, devices, supports, equipment, and related systems.
-Read and understand electrical drawings, manuals, schematics, and P&IDs.
-Perform and document calibrations, installations, fault diagnosis, and repairs of electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems.
-Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, controls, AC/DC motor controls, and drives.
-Identify and correct measurement and instrumentation errors.
-Replace instrumentation and controls as required.
-Assist with testing and commissioning activities.
-Maintain accurate redline drawings and communicate field changes to supervision.
-Consult with the Superintendent and project supervision regarding troubleshooting and problem resolution.
-Monitor crew productivity and work quality.
-Ensure all crew members follow proper safety procedures and project requirements.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
-Strong power distribution experience required.
-Hands-on experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting, controls, and instrumentation.
-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, manuals, and P&IDs.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to direct a crew and coordinate daily field activities.
-OSHA 10, or ability to obtain one
-Must be able to work 7 days per week, 12-hour shifts through Christmas.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
