What You'll Do
Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Analyzer (I&EA) Planner / Coordinator to support a major refinery turnaround at Cenovus' Superior Refinery. In this role, you'll take ownership of all Instrumentation, Electrical, and Analyzer (I&EA) planning and coordination—from scope development through execution and closeout.
Working alongside Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Contractors, and Turnaround Leadership, you'll develop work packages, coordinate resources and materials, manage quality throughout execution, and serve as the primary point of contact for all I&EA turnaround activities. If you have a strong refinery I&E background and enjoy leading complex turnaround work from start to finish, this is an outstanding opportunity.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas industry experience
- 3+ years planning or coordinating Instrumentation and/or Electrical maintenance work
- Instrumentation Technician or Electrical Technician background preferred
- Experience planning refinery turnarounds and outage work scopes
- Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, electrical systems, DCS platforms, PLCs, control valves, transmitters, field instrumentation, and process analyzers
- Experience with analyzer systems (gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, sulfur analyzers, etc.) preferred
- Experience developing work packages and coordinating materials, contractors, and craft resources
- Familiarity with IPS or similar maintenance planning systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Technical degree or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
