Keep Critical Process Analyzers Running at Peak Performance

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Analyzer Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and reliability of online process analyzers in a continuous process facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring production reliability, environmental compliance, and product quality through the maintenance of critical analyzer systems.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and maintain online process analyzers
• Maintain Gas Chromatographs (GCs), CEMS, TDL analyzers, Mass Spectrometers, Chemiluminescence analyzers, and other analyzer technologies
• Troubleshoot analyzer sample conditioning systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support startups, shutdowns, outages, and turnarounds
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Environmental, and Maintenance teams to maximize analyzer reliability

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of Analyzer Technician experience in a refinery, petrochemical, chemical, LNG, gas processing, or power generation facility
• Strong troubleshooting skills with online process analyzers and Gas Chromatographs
• Experience with analyzer sample conditioning systems
• Strong instrumentation, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
