Safety Manager / Safety Personnel – OSHA 500 Certified

TradeWise Staffing Group is seeking experienced OSHA 500-certified Safety Personnel to support large-scale commercial data center construction projects across Georgia and Texas. If you have a strong background in construction safety and want steady work on high-profile builds, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and enforce site safety programs on active data center job sites
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and OSHA training
• Perform site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements
• Document incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions
• Coordinate with GCs, subcontractors, and site leadership on all trades

What You Need

• OSHA 500 certification (required — authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer)
• Construction site safety experience, ideally on commercial or data center projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to lead safety programs and communicate across all trades
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in GA and/or TX
