Are you an engaging educator with a passion for workplace safety? We are looking for a bilingual EHS Trainer/Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our workforce safe, trained, compliant, and well-trained across our sites.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Training & Instruction: Deliver dynamic classroom instruction and hands-on field training.
Compliance Expertise: Ability to teach comprehensive MSHA and OSHA courses (safety certifications are a major plus!).
Bilingual Skills: Bilingual capabilities are required to effectively communicate and train across diverse teams.
Tech & Reporting: Excellent computer data entry skills with professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel for generating detailed safety reports and tracking logs.
Field Travel: Ability to travel to various job sites to conduct field training and compliance audits.
Industry Experience: 1 to 2 years of construction-based knowledge required; 5+ years of safety training experience strongly preferred.
