Accounting Specialist

CCC Group is looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support the financial operations of our industrial construction projects.

In this role, you will help keep our projects financially on track by supporting:

✅ Accounts payable and accounts receivable
✅ Job-cost reporting and transaction review
✅ Vendor and general ledger reconciliations
✅ Payroll records, labor coding, and job allocations
✅ Customer billings, purchase orders, and change orders
✅ Month-end and year-end closing activities
✅ Financial spreadsheets, reports, and audit documentation

What We’re Looking For:

📌 High school diploma or equivalent
📌 At least two years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, payroll, or related experience
📌 Working knowledge of reconciliations, job costing, and general accounting practices
📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting or ERP systems
📌 Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and data-entry skills
📌 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Construction accounting, industrial construction, or COINS experience is also a plus!
