Position Overview
JGM is seeking an experienced Safety Manager with steel erection experience to support and oversee safety programs across multiple job sites nationwide. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, this role plays a key part in strengthening JGM’s safety culture across corporate offices, fabrication operations, and active structural steel erection field projects. Certain projects may require full-time, onsite support in various states.
Please note-these are travel based roles, candidates should expect, if hired, to travel among JGM client sites up to 100% of the time. Locations are included for posting purposes only

Work Environment
This position involves physically demanding work in active steel erection, construction, and fabrication environments, exposure to hazardous materials, and work in varying weather conditions. Required use of PPE—including hard hats, gloves, chemical suits, and other protective equipment—is mandatory. Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
