Skilled Tradesmen Needed

These are direct-hire, long-term roles. We are not looking for short-term contractors. Applications without resume will not be considered.

Qualified applicants will be invited to a phone screen and must be able to attend an onsite interview. Travel will be provided if needed.

Hiring ASAP:

Electricians — must be licensed, journeyman level
Mechanical Technicians — pipefitting, welding, erecting steel, installing flooring, putting up walls, installing GPU racks, and similar skilled labor
Controls Technicians — building automation (lights, HVAC setpoints, occupancy- and temperature-responsive systems)
Fire Protection — suppression systems
Plumbing — chillers; drain, waste, and vent (DWV); pipe commissioning

Technician 1: $36–$38/hour, Technician 2: $44–$46/hour, Technician 3: $50–$52/hour

$2307.69 per biweekly paycheck (~$5000/month)

Right now: 6 days/week, 12-hour days. Longer term (later): 24/7 site, 12-hour days, on a 4-on/4-off or 3-on/3-off rotation.
