Laborers/Spotters/Flaggers Needed ASAP!!! - $20+/HR + $120/All 7 - Benton, LA

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Construction Laborers and Spotters at a new data center construction project in Benton, LA.
 
We are looking for dependable workers with 2+ years of experience working in a commercial construction environment. Spotters will be working to assist operators by directing and spotting equipment, flagging and controlling traffic around the worksite.

Pay & Schedule: 

• • Monday through Saturday 
  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch) 
  • Approximately 50 hours per week
  • $36.00/hour
  • $120/day worked up to 5 days, 7-days paid if 6 days are worked.
  • Long-term project opportunity

 Requirements:

• • Verifiable experience working in commercial construction setting
  • Spotting and equipment-support experience preferred. 
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
  • Ability to complete pre-employment screenings
