Experienced Rigger Foreman

Duties / Responsibilities - 

• Outlines work assignment(s) for the day and assigns general laborers to various aspects of the projects to ensure efficient and effective utilization of equipment and manpower and facilitates timely completion of the days work assignment(s).
• Establishes and enforces work standards and operating procedures to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and in conformance with established standards, safety practices and procedures.
• Conducts and implements a detailed scope of each project identifying the various project needs and establishes a related project work schedule.
• Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Communicates and coordinates with customer/office to identify and plan for anticipated project scheduling and mobilization of equipment and crew. 
• Identifies the necessary equipment needs for a project and coordinates with the dispatcher to ensure that the equipment is promptly delivered to the job site.
• Establishes and coordinates ongoing communication between the office and the customer to maintain proper planning and follow through. 
• Accountable for safe work practices, Job Hazard Analysis, and industry related safety training compliance. 

Qualifications - 

• Extensive travel is required for this position.
• Experience and familiarity with gantry systems, unified jacking systems, strand jacks, and jack and slide systems a plus.
• Must be an outstanding leader who works well with customers and co-workers.
• Must speak and read fluent English to pass necessary safety training requirements to gain access into sensitive environments such as nuclear plants.
• Must have and maintain a clean criminal record history and subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing. 

Environment / Physical Demands- 

• Outdoor environment subject to changes in weather 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
