RIGGERS NEEDED!!! FREDRICKSBURG, VA $35/HR & $120 PERDIEM AVAILABLE!!!

Trillium Construction is seeking Riggers near Fredericksburg, VA. 

Key Responsibilities
•    Perform bull rigging using non-crane methods: chain falls, come-alongs, jacks, rollers, and skates.
•    Support MEB structure builds—including setting gear, beam lifts (Pear Lift / Ion Lift), and generator placement. 
•    Assist with offloading trucks, swing lifts, and commodity handling in laydown and staging areas.
•    Participate in final alignment, unbolting, and bolt-up of modular units after placement.
•    Operate telehandlers or forklifts as needed (certification required or obtainable).
•    Load securement tools (binders, chocks, dunnage)

Pay: $35
Per Diem: $120 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, Sundays as needed. 60h / week
- First week or two will be 9h / day for in-house trainings and then it will be 10h / day.
- Night shift availability may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications
•    3+ years of experience in industrial rigging, modular installation, or structural construction
•    Forklift and telehandler Certification training
•    OSHA 10 Certification
•    NCCER Advanced Rigger Certification or NCCCO Rigger Level II Certification preferred
•    Aerial, Boom Forklift, Fall Protection certifications preferred
•    Pre-employment screenings required
